A Day In Singapore!

Lets say you have nothing to do on a boring weekend or you're a tourist who

wants to explore Singapore or you are planning a day out with your

friends/family for a day in Singapore. Where and what would you do?
Want to spend your time wisely and also strengtened the bond with your family
members/ friends ?

Well then if any one of the question you have answered, you are reading the
correct post!

First lets start in the morning. So,  now you are all ready to plan your enjoy
your day out. Before we really go out and "enjoy" lets get some energy to
start! head down to the nearest hawker centre or kopitiam to get a nice
soothing cup of coffee to kickstart your day!

now, in Singapore we have many eateries and places to visit/sightsee. First
lets go to the most naturalistic part of Singapore to get some Scenary! Bukit
Batok Nature Park. This park is packed woth scenic forest, high clif wall and
breathtaking views! This place is a great deal for those for wants a peaceful
walk alone or romantic quiet place for couples! for interestingly this park is
free admission!

 

next, you may have lost your breath by the breath taking views and tired of
walking of walking. Its might be almost afternoon and its time for lunch! Lets
get some traditional food as Singapore as its own unique variety of Foods! the
nearest traditional food you can get is Indian food. So hop on to bus 67 from
Opposite Bukit Timah Plaza to Little India.!

In Little India, you would be so amazed of how such a big country like India
can fit into a few Streets! from the cuisine till the shopping the experience
you feel here would be same as how you would in India! Shopping is the most
popular here but first lets get our empty stomach refuel first! Out of the many
awesome eaterys here Banana Leaf Apollo stands out the best among them. Its
provides the best of the South Indian traditional food! It has vegetarian foods
like idli, naan, chappati, thosai and more!. But whats best for indian food is
non-veg items. Banana Leaf Apollo is well known for its Fish Head curry! many
people have rated this shops fish head curry the best in Singapore. Be sure to
try this dish out or might regret it! other then fish head curry it also have
non-veg items like  butter chicken & tandoori prawns. Located at 54 Race Course

Okay, so now you are done with your lunch and before we get to our next
destination lets do a little shopping here. Mustafa centre is tont of the
largest shopping centres for all your need. ranging household items to the
latest tech and video games, everthing can be found here. Located at 145 Syed
Alwi Rd Singapore 207704


Little india arcade also a great spot to shop pure indian stuff like indian
snacks and handcraft materials. Located at 48 Serangoon Rd  217959.

Next, the nearest attraction to Little India is the Fort Canning Park. Fort
Canning park was formerly known as Forbidden Hill. This place served many
purpose like a platform for Malay rulers in 1300s, soon became living area for
the colonial leaders and after that served as a military base during world war
2! this place surrounds you with the greenary and also enough knowledge about
the history of singapore!



its almost mid afternoon and you might wanna relax abit and have fun chatting
and taking pictures with your friends. Because the Singapore River is located
very near fort canning park! At here you can go cruising in the river in the
boat. Its duration is about 40 mins in which where you will board at Boat Quay
and alight at Marina Bay! Experience the busiest places in Singapore just by
cruising in the boat!


its almost 6pm and you are at marina bay. Dont worry it is the right place to
be! Wanna enjoy the cool breeze of the night from a high peak? Then Straight
rush to Marina Bay Sands Skypark to go to greatest height of Singapore. With
ticket price of only $20 you can get to see the whole Singapore's beauty in the
dark. Not only it is a spot to just sighseeing, it also has different shows to
enthusiaste its visitors!



So lastly before you end of your day you might want to have your dinner and
shopping here! Marina barrage Sun restaurant. This restaurant is very popular
Live seafood and Charcoal Steamboat! You have to wet your tongue here before
ending of your day. Last but not least Shopping! Marina Bay is a shoppers
paradise! there are many malls here in which you can be excited about!

  1. Wow! Those are a lot of places to visit, I can really see myself enjoying those places, especially the cruise on the Singapore River as it is both relaxing and enjoyable as I am able to see the marina bay and even the Singapore Flyer!
