Breeding & Research CentreMacaw Island Macaw are known for its flamboyant and wide variety of colours on their body and though thought it was easy to spot with the bright colours,it can easily camouflage with the foliage and colourful fruits and flowers in the rainforests.Unfortunately due to deforestation and illegal bird trade,macaw are labeled as an endangered species.There are 7 species of macaw such as the Scarlet and Green-winged. -Via CTE from city,take AYE towards Jurong and turn Exit 17 onto Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim to reach Jurong Bird Park.
