Night Safari Singapore!

Singapore Night Safari

Experience the best of nocturnal creatures in Singapore!. Singapore is the first country to establish the Night safari in 1994. Its an award winning park where people from all over the world and locals visit!. Get on the Tram Rides which guides you 7 geographical zones across the world, 3 walking trails, shows, dining and also shopping!

Tram Rides


Himalayan Foothills:

Feel the Himalaya Moutain like experience when you enter this zone. Though we dont have the mountains, we do have the animals, rocky terrain and steep slopes.

Indian Subcontinent:

This zone lets you to explore the dense Gir Forest of India! Many Asian animals like Striped hyenas can be found in the Night Safari.

Equatorial Africa:

This Tram ride will take you to the plains Equatorial Africa!. Expect yourself to see familiar wildlife animals!

Indo-Malayan Region:

Lush rainforest and mangrove habitats for the indonesian and malayan regions are the experience here!

Asian Riverine Forest:

Higlights of this zone are the Malayan tapirs and the Asian elephants. Do watch out for them!

Nepalese River Valley:

One of the Largest asian deer, the sambar can be found here. Not only them, World's tallest flying birds, saurus cranes can also be seen,sometimes strutting right up to park visitors. Howl of the indian wolf to the moon and the "almost extinct" asian rhinoceros can be seen here too!

Burmese Hillside:

Lastly for the tram ride, you will enter into a moist tropical and dry subtropical forest in the region. You might hear unfamiliar animal names like bantengs, gaurs and thamins. Not to worry, the tram guide would show them all!

Walking Trails:

Fishing cat trails:

Walk along here to see different species of animals in the cat familly! Starting from Lion to cats. Also ranging from binturongs/bear cats, indian gharials and many more.

Leopard Trail:

Yes! from the name you can tell alright! This trails allows you to get up close the leopards from glass window. See the living condition of the Sri lankan leopards in their naturalistic enclosure. Leopards are'nt the only treat here, you also get to see small-toothed civet, the Malayan civet, the golden cat, and the only venomous primate - the slow loris.

East Lodge Trail:

This trail brings you to the crossroads of africa and asia! Be prepared to see Malayan Tigers, babirusa and many more. Enjoy a nose to nose encounter at the glass fronted habitat!
Get to see the animals upclose in walking trails!

  4. Cool! I didn't know that the Night Safari have so many other activities besides showing animals performing. It has been 7years since i last went to the Zoo. After seeing the images and the information you shared, it makes me feel like going to the Zoo after so long. Thank you for sharing these information with me!
